SMS Communications
SMS Program: Elevate AV Internal Communications
Elevate AV operates an SMS messaging program for internal communications with employees and contractors. Message types include job site updates, scheduling notifications, safety alerts, and operational announcements.
Opt-In: Participation in our SMS program is voluntary and requires express written consent. Employees and contractors opt in by completing a consent form or by texting a designated keyword to our SMS number. No individual is required to opt in as a condition of employment or engagement.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational needs. You may receive up to several messages per day during active project periods.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Elevate AV does not charge separately for SMS messages.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further SMS messages from us. To re-enroll, reply START or contact us directly.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at the information provided in Section 8.
No third-party sharing for SMS: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status will not be shared with or sold to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to facilitate our internal communications program.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS opt-in records are retained for a minimum of 4 years to comply with telecommunications regulations. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Services
Elevate AV provides professional audio, video, and lighting design, installation, and integration services for commercial and residential clients. Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding proposal or contract. All service agreements are subject to a separate written contract executed between Elevate AV and the client.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program Name: Elevate AV Internal Communications
Purpose: Operational and scheduling communications for employees and contractors only.
Consent: By opting in to our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Elevate AV at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of employment or any purchase.
Eligible Participants: The SMS program is limited to current employees and authorized contractors of Elevate AV who have provided written opt-in consent.
Message Types: Messages may include job site assignments and updates, schedule changes and shift reminders, safety and weather alerts, equipment and materials notifications, and general company operational announcements.
Frequency: Message frequency varies. During active project periods, you may receive multiple messages per day. During off-peak periods, frequency may be lower.
Charges: Elevate AV does not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message confirming your opt-out. To re-subscribe, reply START.
Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact info@elevate-av.com for support.
Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all MVNO carriers.
Elevate AV is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
