Master Planning for Audio, Video and Lighting

“What is Master Planning?”

Aside from the immediate audio, video and lighting needs you may have, there is a “bigger picture” that should be considered. It’s important that purchases made now will integrate fully into future systems. This may include having the proper electrical, conduit and signal infrastructure installed during a remodel that may not be fully utilized until a later date. In addition, Master Planning gives a customer a good grasp on the financial needs that may arise down the road and allow for these costs over a longer period of time.

A good example of this is a recent project where the client’s budget was not sufficient to fully remodel and upgrade the technical systems all at the same time. Through Master Planning, we were able to identify and make room for future needs while working within their current budget.
